President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev arrived in Turkmenistan on a working visit at the invitation of President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov.
At the Turkmenbashi city airport, the President of Uzbekistan was welcomed by the National Leader of the Turkmen people and Chairman of the People’s Council, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.
On August 5, the leader of Uzbekistan will take part in the Third United Nations Conference on Landlocked Developing Countries, as well as a special event dedicated to preparations for the Seventh Consultative Meeting of the Heads of State of Central Asia. He will also hold a number of bilateral meetings.
