Prosecutor-General?s office discusses 1H results
Prosecutor-General?s office hosted expanded meeting of collegiums dedicated to the first half of 2005.
Prosecutor-General of Uzbekistan Rashid Qadyrov chaired the session, which analyzed work on enforcement of presidential decrees and government?s decisions.
Prosecutors submitted over 83,000 documents on non-implementation of legislation and some 44,000 were attracted to discipline, administrative and material responsibility, ?UzA? reported.
Over 21,000 applications were directed to courts on behalf of legal entities and businesses to recover 39 billion soums.
Department of fight against tax and currency crimes under Prosecutor-General?s office ensured attraction of 29 billion soums of taxes to budget.
Prosecutor-General?s office considered over 19,000 applications of individuals and legal entities and accepted over 33,000 citizens.
