Creating of 972,7 thousand job vacancies in 2013\" have been provided in Uzbekistan
At the Tashkent International HR-Forum “Successful personnel-successful business”, welcoming speech made the Chairman of Committee on issues of the information and communication technologies of the Legislative chamber of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Abdurashid Djurabayev.

For independent years in Uzbekistan have been undertaken the consequent and large-scale measures on providing public employment by means of engagement of the potential of branches of the economics, the rational use of the labor resources taking into account structural changes in the economics, comprehensive assistance to the development of the employment efficient forms, encouraging business initiatives.

In particular, in December 2012, in the country was adopted the Programme on creating job vacancies and ensure public employment for 2013, which was elaborated in the split of regions and cities accounting labor market demands in coherence between the main programme documents, directed to the provision of social-economical development of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as the programmes on modernization, technical and technological updating, growing the competitiveness of the economics.

The main part of the programme is given to the development of small business and private entrepreneurship, as mentioned the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov at the international conference “On role and meaning of small business and private entrepreneurship in the implementation of socio-economic policy of Uzbekistan” September 14, 2012, played invaluable role in ensuring the public employment and growth of its profits, due to which have been put prevailing part of vacancies annually and where at present is concentrated 75 % of all employed population of the country.

According to the Programme, have been provided the creation of 972,7 thousand new jobs in 2013. They will appear due to the activation of new large industrial objects, reconstructions and expanding of the active enterprises, further stimulating of small business development, private and family entrepreneurship, service sphere, and growing house labor capacities, including the cooperation with large enterprises. The main part of house labor jobs will be organized in regions, which are traditional centers of national crafting- Namangan, Ferghana, Andijan, Samarkand, Bukhara regions.

Noteworthy, that the implementation of such measures is impossible without providing the stable normative-legal basis. At present, special attention has been paid to the implementation of measures, adopted by labor Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan and Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On public employment”, which provide guarantees of employment of unemployed people, youth, women, persons, having problems in labor market, socially vulnerable levels of the population.

Besides of above mentioned large-scaled measures, in providing the efficiency of the labor processes important role also played directions and methods of personnel management. In other words, the success of any company mainly depends on the work of the personnel management agencies.

Taking into account, that present event is focused on growing experience of local employer-companies and getting familiarized with international experience in the sphere of personnel management, it can be noted that timeliness of the holding of this forum in our country, where are being implemented large-scaled measures on creation of new jobs and ensuring public employment.
