The Consular Section is open to visitors Monday through Thursday from 10.00 to 12.00 (ET) when documents can be submitted for processing. Completed documents can be picked up from Monday through Thursday from 11.00 to 12.00 (ET).

If you wish to send documents for processing by mail, please enclose a self-addressed pre-paid return envelope of one of the following postal services: USPS, FedEx or UPS. Please, be advised that the Consular Section does not send documents via other postal services.
